Nope. All of our dog grooming services are available to members and walk-in guests alike. However, members save up to 15% on all Grooming and A-La-Care treatments and services.

You don’t need an appointment to visit. However walk-in guests may experience longer service times during peak days and times. It is recommended to make an appointment.

We will be opening our book 4 weeks prior to opening. Tap “Notify Me” in the navigation to be notified when booking becomes available.

Our service times range from 45 minutes to 1.5 hours. Perfect for grabbing a bite to eat or running a few errands, while they’re being pampered.

To visit, all dogs are required to have a current rabies vaccine. We also encourage all dogs to have DHPP and bordetella.

Let us know when you book an appointment as we can schedule you at times that are less busy so there are fewer sights and smells to overwhelm your pet; this will allow the groomer to work on your dog as quickly as possible.

We also minimize or eliminate the time your pet sits in a kennel eliminating stress and creating a better overall grooming experience for your dog.

We do use kennels for the safety of the dog. Depending on the coat of the dog and the service requested your dog may be dried in their kennel, they may be given a quick rest if they become tired from grooming or they may simply be waiting to go home. Dogs in kennels are always provided access to fresh water.

It will depend on the service requested, temperament of the dog and coat of the dog. Unlike other grooming salons, every dog isn’t dried in their kennel. We use the best option to dry your pet for the safety of your dog and the quality of our groom service.

We use room air, non-velocity dryers only in our kennels.

We train our team to identify the stress and triggers that lead to medical emergencies. We allow your dog to take a break to relax before starting the grooming process.
